Protec Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A053610) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 198,000 shares pursuant to a contract with KB Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the share repurchase is stock price stability and shareholder's value enhancement. The repurchase program will expire on October 27, 2022.
As of July 26, 2022, the company had 1,649,656 shares within scope available for dividend and had 2,344 shares in treasury through other repurchase.
