Protec Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A053610) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 420,000 shares. The purpose of the share repurchase is stock price stability and increase in shareholder value.
The repurchase program will expire on August 6, 2022. As of May 5, 2022, the company had 1,229,656 shares within scope available for dividend and had 2,344 shares in treasury through other repurchase.
