Alamo Group Europe Limited cancelled the acquisition of Ursus plant in Dobre Miasto from Ursus S.A.

Ursus SA w upadlosci, formerly known as Ursus SA, is a Poland-based company engaged in the manufacture of agricultural machinery. The Company's agricultural offer includes electric buses, roll-balers, bale wrapping machines, manure spreaders, trailers, front loaders and tractors, among others. In addition, it produces passenger buses. The Company owns factories in a number of Polish cities, such as Dobre Miasto, Lublin and Opalenica. The Company distributes products in the domestic market, as well as in Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Moldova and the Russian Federation, among others.
