Alamo Group Europe Limited signed non-binding letter of intent to acquire Ursus plant in Dobre Miasto from Ursus S.A..

Ursus SA w upadlosci, formerly known as Ursus SA, is a Poland-based company engaged in the manufacture of agricultural machinery.
