URSUS S.A. announced that it expects to receive PLN 14.795 million in funding

URSUS Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:URS) announced a private placement of up to 5,918,000 series S ordinary bearer shares at a price of PLN 2.50 per share for maximum gross proceeds of PLN 14,795,000 on August 3, 2018. The transaction will include participation from certain institutional investors. The transaction is subject to a approval at the the general meeting to be held on August 31, 2018.

Ursus SA w upadlosci, formerly known as Ursus SA, is a Poland-based company engaged in the manufacture of agricultural machinery. The Company's agricultural offer includes electric buses, roll-balers, bale wrapping machines, manure spreaders, trailers, front loaders and tractors, among others.
