PG Energy Capital Management agreed to acquire Ursus Bus S.A. from URSUS S.A. and others for PLN 34.5 million.

Ursus SA w upadlosci, formerly known as Ursus SA, is a Poland-based company engaged in the manufacture of agricultural machinery. The Company's agricultural offer includes electric buses, roll-balers, bale wrapping machines, manure spreaders, trailers, front loaders and tractors, among others. In addition, it produces passenger buses. The Company owns factories in a number of Polish cities, such as Dobre Miasto, Lublin and Opalenica. The Company distributes products in the domestic market, as well as in Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Moldova and the Russian Federation, among others. The Company also operates through Ursus Sp z o o, Ursus Bus SA and OBR Moto Lublin Sp z o o, among others.
