Ursus Still In Talks Regarding Sale Of Bus Firm

URSUS S.A. (WSE:URS) is in talks with other potential buyers for its bus-making subsidiary after a recent conditional sale to PG Energy Capital Management fell through, according to the Chief Executive Officer of Ursus, Tomasz Zadroga.

Ursus SA w upadlosci, formerly known as Ursus SA, is a Poland-based company engaged in the manufacture of agricultural machinery. The Company's agricultural offer includes electric buses, roll-balers, bale wrapping machines, manure spreaders, trailers, front loaders and tractors, among others.
