Message:

The Management Board of the Issuer informs that on the 15th November 2016 the Issuer was informed about signing by URSUS S.A. and Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. with the seat in Warsaw of an annex to the multipurpose credit limit agreement in the amount of 65.000.000 PLN concluded on the 11th December 2015, of which the Issuer informed in the current report no. 53/2015.

According to the concluded annex, the duration of the agreement was extended till the 30th April 2017.

The other provisions of the credit agreement with Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A., including the types of security, remain unchanged.

The financial means of the above credit are used for implementation of the Tanzanian contract of the 22th October 2015 for sales of tractors, implements and spare parts of the total value 55 million USD, of which the Issuer informed in the current report no. 38/2015 5/2016, 29/2016 and 39/2016.

According to the Individual Reporting Standard of URSUS S.A., the above-mentioned credit agreement is considered to be material due to the fact that its total value exceeds 10% of the equity of the Issuer's Capital Group, presented in the last consolidated financial statement of the Capital Group URSUS published by the Issuer.
