WPG Resources Ltd Announces Executive Changes

WPG Resources Limited is an Australia-based resource company. The Company's principal activities include mining, exploration, evaluation and development of its precious metal, base metal, iron ore and coal projects located in South Australia, as well as the pursuit of new mining opportunities in any jurisdiction. Its segments include exploration and production. It holds its gold prospects through three subsidiaries: Challenger Gold Operations Pty Ltd (CGO), Tarcoola Gold Pty Ltd and Tunkillia Gold Pty Ltd. The Company focuses on its three South Australian gold projects (Challenger, Tarcoola and Tunkillia). CGO holds mineral lease (ML) 6103, and miscellaneous purpose leases (MPL) 63, 65 and 66 on which the Challenger Mine is located. The Tarcoola project is located on ML 6455, which is surrounded by EL 5355, both of which are owned by Tarcoola Gold Pty Ltd. It has four mineral leases at Tarcoola. The Tunkillia 223 deposit lies in the north western part of the Tunkillia tenement block.
