G.taste Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:2694) agreed to acquire 62% stake in Kasseika Honpo Sanuki Co., Ltd. from Takaaki Koike for ¥8.5 million on April 8, 2016. G.taste will acquire 85 shares of Kasseika Honpo Sanuki. On completion, Kasseika Honpo Sanuki will become a subsidiary of G.taste. Kasseika Honpo Sanuki reported net assets of ¥2 million, total assets of ¥6 million, sales of ¥6 million, operating loss of ¥4 million and net loss of ¥5 million during the period ended March 2015. The acquisition is expected to complete on April 8, 2016.
