Taiwan Sanyo Electric Co.,Ltd. at its shareholders meeting held on June 26, 2023, announced Cash dividends of TWD 0.99258538 per share to shareholders total TWD 267,118,034 Distributed to the NT dollar,total less than NT 1 dollar,from the decimal point from large to small and the account number from front to back, adjusted to meet the total cash dividend distribution. Ex-rights (ex-dividend) trading date is on July 13, 2023 with Ex-rights (ex-dividend) record date July 21, 2023. Payment date of cash dividend distribution is on August 11, 2023.
